Anyone remember the metal headlight grill guards for Jeeps and sportscars?
I thought maybe a set might look good on the Patriot. Not metal, of course, but a poly mold that would pop in over the headlight proper. I know they're available for the driving and fog lights; they can be ordered from the Mopar.com/Jeep site.
Any ideas? Dumb idea on my part? Let me know if you have a lead on anything.

I posted a similar question a while ago but didn't get any reply. I was also wondering if the clear plastic on the front of the headlight is part of the headlight assembly or if it is a replaceable cover. I couldn't tell from the parts list document (pdf).
