My wife actually likes the Compass!!!! She loves the design and especially likes the Inferno Red color scheme. The only thing that I noticed with the Compass is the big blind spot in the right rear (passenger side) corner of the vehicle. The driver's view is noticeable obstructed when he/she looks over their shoulder when changing lanes/backing up.

She hasn't test driven one, yet, so that is the big question--performance.

I suggested, if she likes the Compass to wait till the Patriot arrives. We're both huge fans of the XJ and with the FD II, the Patriot is more in line with what we are looking for.
