Ever wish your Patriot had just a little more leg room? I am 6'4" so I have wanted just a little more from day one. Well another 3/4 of an inch is actually pretty easy to get at least with a manual seat.
1) Remove the seat. This is fairly straight forward there are just 4 15 mm bolts holding the seat down and a T45 torque or star bit holding the seat belt. There is also an electrical plug under the seat that needs disconnected.
2) You can see in the picture below what you will need to do. It is simply drilling out the existing stop and moving it back and making an additional adjustment hole. A points to the stop that will be drilled out and replaced with an additional hole and B is where the new stop will go.

3) Here you see the seat from the bottom. A it where I drilled out the factory stop and B is where the new one will go. I drilled B out with a 1/4 inch bit and A with a 5/16.

4) Make some new stops. I just took a 1/4 bolt and put a couple of nuts on it to make it about the same height as the factory stop and then put them threw hole B shown in the previous picture.

5) Next up take a Dremel and start grinding in the 5/16 hole where you drilled out the factory seat stop until you have another adjustment hole similar to rest. The photo bellow show where I created the additional hole and installed the new seat stop.

6) Now I only showed doing this to one of the two rails but obviously you have to do it to both rails. After doing the second rail just put the seat back in and you now have 3/4" more leg room and take it from a 6'4" person that 3/4" is nice
