Haha you need to do like me and get a fridge for the garage and make it just a beer fridge! I have the temp set just right so the beers are just above freezing, oh man all this talk about beer kinda make me want one now.

What a horrible thing to do to beer. That temp dulls the taste drastically.

Depends on the brew. The lighter ones are weak on taste to begin with so extreme chilling makes them palatable and most refreshing. A heavier, more flavorful brew has wider range of drinkabilty and less cold allows more character to emerge. $.02.

You know how to make cheap Vodka taste better? Keep it in the freezer.

I agree with Heckler, I vote for the Patriot with the most mods. I mean the title is "Patriot of the month", not member of the month, or member with the most posts. My vote is for Will.

Read what Gaze says on Voting Board header!! I think social input is also important. Yep Mods are good , but we all use our Patriots in different ways. If we are not careful it may end up with the richest guys who can afford the most mods end up winning.( Yea OK so I won by filling the boards full of unadulterated GUFF!!!!)

I wish to take this moment (since I will be pretty busy the rest of the day and the next couple of days) to congratulate who seems to be POTM September 2009, UA_who.

I personally nominated UA_who because of the awesome pictures he has. Ever hear that a picture says a thousand words? His pictures must say 10,000 words then. Besides, I have always enjoyed reading his comments on the boards. Doesn't matter if I am in agreement or not, they are always very well thought out. Mods? Hmmm... does he have any mods? Don't know. Regardless, he has a Patriot and he contributes always in a positive way to this forum and thats good enough for me. I know this is a "Patriot" of the month thing, but, last I saw, the Patriot by itself really can't do diddly-squat by itself. It needs the member to do the mods, posting, helping other members out, etc.

If by any chance someone else edges by him, then my most sincere congratulations to him/her. But all in all, we are ALL deserving of a recognition. We have all taken the steps necessary (buy a Jeep Patriot/Compass basically!) and joined a great forum of people. We all participate in our own ways and most importantly, we have all respected each other and helped each other out. Some more than other, yes... but... just because you do not necessarily address a message to someone does not mean that you are not helping that person. That's the biggest satisfaction I get from here. I have had my PM box filled with messages thanking me for a simple smile or laugh that I have been able to place on someones face (my personal daily goal is to make at least one person a day smile or laugh) all the way to a thank you for some useful information I may have laid out in some thread or another at some time.

I have said this once, and I will continue to say it over and over again... you are ALL a great bunch of people and I enjoy reading these forums on a daily basis. Thanks to all of you for whatever positive action you have had here on these boards.
