I have the Jeep NAV unit in my Patriot. Does anyone know if it's possible to add a backup camera to the setup that will utilize the display? I know about the backup sensors but a camera would be cool.

I was wondering if it accepts it as im not all that into drilling in the dash and having other things mounted in the way. I had this on my wrangler so I could watch the jet skis when towing them. It was set up to use it as a tow camera or when I backed up. Kinda helpful if your trying to back into the water to let the jet skis launch. I had an aftermarket nav system in it and it hooked up really easy. Let us know if you contact the dealer about it. I want it but haven't gotten around to calling and asking about it.

There is a connection in the back of some models of the NAV radio for a camera.

This page (http://www.wkjeeps.com/wk_nav.htm) lists all kinds of info re: the nav radio and about 2/3 of the way down they have the pin out diagram of the camera connection.

Guess it's just a matter of finding out what needs to be plugged into it.
