Welcome... Hope this helps.

Check here (http://www.jeeppatriot.com/forum/showthread.php?t=18451) (16") and here (http://www.jeeppatriot.com/forum/showthread.php?t=18715) (17"). If you are looking for "city tires" (non all terrains), a discussion can be found here (http://www.jeeppatriot.com/forum/showthread.php?t=20158).

Those 17 tires off a wrangler probably won't fit on the patriot. What size are they? Its kind ass backward to be rims to fit some tires.;) But if its strictly economic do what is cheapest. My guess is the tires won't fit on the pat and you should just by 16 tires based on the discussion in the threads in the previous post. Good luck!

215/65/16 or 235/65/16 or 265/70/16 or 205/60/16 remember this is a stock pat...

235/65/16 with a minor rub. PEP boys private label tires are by Cooper and they run a 4 for 3 offer. I have Definity HTs, quiet and superior handling than stock. Give in to the rub, you'll never regret it.

They rub just a tad on a full turn, but other than that, they look great, and most importantly, feels like a Jeep. Drives well, even though a bit more noise. They are 225 17R16 GoodYear Wrangler S/T. I have 75k and on my 3rd set of tires. I wanted to try these out and have been reading everyone's posts on what tires work for them, so I did my homework.

I had the stock 205 70R16, wore those out, then put on the 225 65R16 GoodYear Eagle LS2, and the ride was better and would turn on the fly on the highway, but loved the ride! So, I am trying these out. I will post pics tomorrow.

Happy New Year you guys!
