I've been considering getting the hood deflector for my Patriot because I notice even on city roads I have quite a collection of bugs on my windshield. Anyone have one installed that can post some pics or feedback? I like how Jeep is right in the center of the hood in chrome, that's the only thing that makes me not want to get one to cover that up :(

Check my photos album below. Got the rear deflector installed since I took those pics. I like the look and the protection they give. (bugs and rock for front, water dripping inside from side windows, cleaner rear window from draft produced by rear deflector)

Thanks guys, the pictures look good and it's good to hear it does actually help with what it's supposed to do. I just wish there was some way to keep the Jeep logo in the middle of the hood of showing through, it's so chrome and pretty :)

Even with my deflector I still manage to kill bugs and get chips from rocks, but glad I have it. I figure it would be worse with out it, since I have no way to know.
