Boy George 06-26-2009, 04:40 AM Hi and welcome J4bs - yes the Compass and Pat are basically the same cars. Depends on everyone`s taste as to the body shape. But I think the Pat has got a little more cargo room because the tailgate isn`t sloped as much as on the Compass. The Patriot is a Jeep/Car just like the Compass, it's just that not many want to admit it here. The Patriot looks more Jeepy to many, but it pretty much the same thing. Glad to find this forum. Good to hear from you, J4Bs. It was the Compass that got me into Jeeps in the first place. They are quite rare in the UK. My dealer told me they'd only ever sol 6 since they first were debuted. He showed me this Black 1 year old Pat Sport with a few Ltd extras with only 13 miles on the clock, the rest, as they say, is history. Steveo. I've never joined a forum before, or been a car buff but my Compass is changing that. I'll post a few pictures soon. I recently had my mechanic drive my Compass for the first time, and he was really surprised at the handling. He was pleasantly surprised by it overall.
