Got to see my first Compass (black, Limited model) up close and personal today. While the dealership was closed, the Compass was sitting in the lot. I was pleasantly surprised by its appearance.

The squirrel/acorn front end affect, didn't seem as obvious to me in person as it seemed in the photos. It seemed to kind of blend in as it curved around the front.

It actually seemed bigger than what I thought it would be. Somehow, I thought it would have a lower profile and be shorter in overall length.

While the Compass isn't my cup of tea, I can see a market for it. Now, after seeing the Compass, I am more excited to see what the Patriot will have to offer.
