thought it would be $200-300 no problem

non genuine replacement - cheapest - $595 - most quotes over $600
Genuine - screen alone $800 plus fitting

so pay the extra $50 on your insurance for an annual windscreen

fortunatly work covered mine, obriens use a chinese copy must admit the glass is thicker and seems a better fit, but agree its way over the top pricing, so both ours have windscreen coverage now
