If you have WinXP I like the Microsoft Image Resizer (http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/downloads/powertoys/xppowertoys.mspx) all you have to do after the install is right click on the picture and click resize, quick easy and simple.

I have XP, I'll have to have hubby play around with it.
