Hi
I'm new in this forum, and I have a Patriot, but also a Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon 2008 modified with a 4" suspension and 35" tires.
If you need help, I have experience with this Jeep

Awesome. I'm actually looking to get a JK Rubicon by the end of this year. Waiting to see what happens with an anticipated raise, Chrysler in general, and the 2010 model. I have a series of modifications I'd like to make in preparation for a 2011 Alaska trip. It'll all depend on available funds though. Are you a member of any JK forums?

it just blows my mind that the Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon starts at $32,800 !!!!
i know there are a ton of discounts and rebates/incentives right now...but that is SO EXPENSIVE for a body-on-frame vehicle. yikes

With F&R lockers, larger tires, etc. If you take a base model X and price out all the add-ons that the Rubicon has plus the labor to install them, it is cheaper to buy the Rubicon locked and loaded. And definitely buy with the incentives!

Buy one in Puerto Rico then... I believe I saw it around $38,895 or so... It was the Rubicon... can't miss that sticker.
