I recieved rep points the other day and was wondering how these are given out here. I was a member of a different forum and you were able to give rep points out to people, is this possible?

How can someone tell when they have received them?
How can you tell how many someone has?
I guess I'm looking for some general info on how they work and how they are used.

The above is a link to DMAG explanation of the reputation point system.

To see when you have received rep points:

Go to the UserCP, and look at the Reputation Points Received bar.
For regular users, you will see that points were given/taken and what thread was used.
For site supporters, you will also see the username of who giveth/taketh.

Needs to be verified:
Green is a + point
Red is - point
Blue is neutral

I'm not seeing that bar?

Nothing either - There's nowhere on my CP that states how many Rep Points I have.... Just a thought; maybe each member's Rep points should be shown next to the Green Boxes under the details on the right of the "Member Heading?" of each post...

Or is that was we're talking about - the Green Box IS our Rep points?
