We are looking for a Jeep Patriot North with 2X4 or 4X4.

Would you kindly provide me comparable prics for Jeep Patriot in Ottawa? Any recommended dealership?
Any complains about the CVT (no off road driving for me)?
Also, we heard that the Patriot 2008 is going to be released soon. Should we wait to buy 2008 model?

Any advice will be appreciated. Thanks

The pickin's around here seem to be plentiful for Norths and Limiteds with an average range of options. I suggest going to Jeep Canada website, select Patriot and do a Build and Price. Then you can search locally in the GOA (Greater Ottawa Area) for dealers and see their inventory. You can even see the car stickers.

I have not purchased my Patriot yet -- actually, I am trying to squeeze one last summer, fall & winter out of my 97 Ford Escort Wagon. It is dying a slow death so I may be buying a 2008 in the fall. My wife drives the 1998 Cherokee Classic and it is a dynamo. It show no signs of failing anytime soon.

Chrysler is no longer accepting orders for 2007s. 2008s will be orderable probably in July.

If you can wait for the 2008s to arrive, you might be able to score a deal on a lingering 2007.

That is what I am planning to do. Hopefully I can pick up a Patriot in the fall at a reduced price. I am having a problem with my house that is going to require major money to repair and that has set me back time-wise and money-wise on my purchase of a new Pat.

Yep I am in the same boat. Looking at purchasing in fall for a deal. Plus we are building a house. I am wondering if anyone knows if there will be any changed to the 2008's. I saw a pic from the Euro-Patriot and it has hood mounted antenna. looks nice.

Hey, Try Orleans jeep on Youville drive and ask for Geoff Zobl....great guy! plus if you can find a 2007....go for it....cheaper and looks exactly the same as the 08. check out their web site....u have all in stock vehicles with the window stickers.
