I generally run a Firefox addon that blocks most all ads but I am currently on my wifes computer and found this down right humorous...

Do you want 4" of lift?

I know ads are somewhat of a necessary evil it helps pay for the forum and hosting service. But I am sure it would help if you focused your ad revenue on your current Jeep Patriot, 4x4 offroad loving market.

I would almost bet not a single member is interested in getting that type of lift.

The search engine that determines which ads to display isn't very smart.

Normally when they want to get you to add 4" it is to somewhere completely different and more private than that.

Unfortunately, that's exactly the case. We've done our best to keep ads at the bare minimum around here. You'll see the occasional oddball product, but for the most part the ads blend in pretty well. We gotta pay the bills somehow!

Like I said gaze its an unnecessary evil... I also realize I am very unique member of your market speaking English and being in Germany... so maybe I am looked at differently by google for your ads, but I have been seeing many more odd ads recently and thats why I posted.

Hey Jim, I was wondering if that 4" was measured from the tip of the index finger or tip of the thumb:smiley_thumbs_up:

Quite the opposite... the ads are a NECESSARY evil.

Google pairs them up for us and we have zero control over the names that pop up other than the parameters we set. I can assure you that this site is far from a "cash cow."
