The khaki patriot is on the cover of the brochure. It gives a pretty good shot.

The khaki color looks much nicer in person, much better than it looks in Jeep's "Build and price" page. Very cool :)

I just got my Khaki Patriot a few days ago, but I love the color. And your right, it does hide the dirt(or pollen in my case) very well :D

Khaki has become my second favorite color. It looks really good on it, especially on Limiteds.

I agree, jeepmuck. I'm kicking myself because the first Patriot on the local dealer's lot was a Limited Khaki, but I was still so focused on buying another CUV that I didn't really take it in. My initial impression of the color wasn't very favorable, but my opinion quickly changed in the 5 minutes that I was standing in front of it. And, really, I blame my first impression on my own bias...I've been driving a 'practical' white car for 10 years and I'm itching for some color, so the neutral khaki had me rebelling.

At any rate, the khaki was gone by the time I returned to the dealership a few days later and there have been no khakis on the lot ever since. The great pictures posted here have made me even more regretful that I didn't give the khaki a fair shake. I hope I get to see one in person before I make my final decision. As noted elsewhere, it also doesn't hurt that the color hides dirt very well (practical!;)) while also looking pretty classy and rugged (reminds me of going on safari) without being boring or plain (IMO).

And here ends my thesis.:o

My wife wanted a black one, well!...its for her....but for me it would have been a khaki.
