I ordered my Patriot in Jan. It was built in Apr, but placed on "Quality Hold". It's now in New Mexico, but not at my dealer, along with a half-dozen other Patriots. Is this a part shortage? Anyone else seen this?

wow that was a long time ago and i would be getting pissed, they could have built you 3 or 4 by now!!!

quality hold basically means a few things.. 1- Something went wrong in the build process and they don't want to release it till it is resolved. 2- The dealer put the order in wrong and they are trying to fix it. 3- Worse case scenario, they sold the vehicle by accident. Go into the dealership and talk to the New Car Manager, the person who orders all new vehicles, or General Sales Manager, the manager who over sees all managers, to get to the bottom of it.
