I got some side steps as part of the freedom pack but didn't have them fitted. They're for sale on ebay right now. They're still in the box, unopened. Has all the mounting brackets and bolts to attach to the vehicle.

To bid click here: http://cgi.ebay.com.au/JEEP-PATRIOT-07-08-SIDE-STEPS-MOPAR-Brand-New-in-Box_W0QQitemZ220370449455QQcmdZViewItemQQptZAU_Car _Parts_Accessories?hash=item220370449455&_trksid=p3286.c0.m14&_trkparms=66%3A2%7C65%3A1%7C39%3A1%7C240%3A1318

I bet if you offered them $100 extra to ship to AUS they would and it would still be half the price

You gotta remember though, the market here is nowhere near as large as that of the US, Eu, etc.
So we pay more .

makes me wonder how much you paid for the bumper guard:confused: it looks sicc tho. My last car the first week I had it some dumb bitch in a parking lot reversed and climbed her ass up on my bumper with her chrysler 300.

rdunlap, sorry that I offended you with the price that I had listed the steps at. Most of the people that post in the Australia section are in Australia - I guess I was posting it in the Autralia section for for the benefit of the other Australia section readers. The market for Patriots is a lot different here than in the USA - they are a relatively new vehicle on the market here and you don't see a huge amount of them on the roads. I guess the parts here are rarer to come by, so they tend to be more valuable. The demand for parts is probably not that great to start off with (seeing as though there's not many of these vehicles on the road). The steps didn't sell so I guess I'll be lugging them with me to Tassie until everyone owns a Jeep Patriot and want side steps :)
