As an Arctic Kingdom of Denmark, the isolated communities are only linked by boats and air. The only exception is given to a few tiny farming villages in the Far South, linked by rough dirt roads... or the several offroad trails that surround former US Military Bases (now the country's only 3 international airports).
It's a beautiful European country of mountains, ice, fjords, and rich culture. But within a few of the bustling, but small Inuit towns, you'll find a surprising number of Americana bombing around the few streets. Toyota, Suzuki, and Mitsubishi 4x4s still rule the roadways there - but here is what I've come across in my most recent visit to the East Coast & the Far South of Greenland...
