I will probably be getting a patriot this summer. I have yet to test drive a Pat yet but I was wondering how much head room there is and I guess leg room as well. My dilemma is that I am 6'7". From what I have heard I'll be okay, though I am not sure. I also will be driving someone who is my height in the passenger seat, will this be uncomfortable or will he be fine as well. It looks like I'll be getting the 4x2 sport E package with the manual transmission.

You should do fine, unless you got the sunroof and someone that tall rides in the back. The sunroof takes up a bit of headroom for the rear passengers.

What are you driving now? Compare the headroom with your current ride with the Patriot and you should have a good idea.

I think the interior roof looks better with the sunroof. Takes up maybe 1.5 inches over the version sans sunroof.

I am 6'7".

I am 6' 2 1/2" and I am doing fine with enough space to spare. I have a feeling you will do fine as long as you adjust the height adjustment on the drivers side seat. P.S. As far as I know, the passenger sides do not have the height adjustment. Maybe the Limited version, but I am not sure.

6'6 and I'm happy in the Patriot. I've actually got a tiny bit more headroom in the Patriot then in my previous '03 Dodge Ram. Leg room is ok, the center console kinda annoys me on longer trips but its not horrible. Adjustable pedals would be a nice touch IMO, I'd perfer the pedals to be an inch or so further away from me. But again, it's not that bad.

I have a sunroof, and a friend who's 6'6" rode in the passenger seat the other day and said it was fine. I don't even recall him having to tilt the seat back or anything. The Pat's really good about roof height.. Not sure how they do that since the SUV is actually one of the lowest ones out there, and it still has good ground clearance.
