Ok boys, I made the mistake of driving a pat the other day and took the plunge this afternoon - sport 4x4 in inferno red, 5-speed. I'm 55 years old and am saying goodbye to my 2001 Cherokee (sob) before my commutes up the ski hill wear it down too bad to be worth anything nad before gas prices render me indigent.

I was torn between steel blue and red - actually was about to sign the papers when I changed my mind. Mid-life crisis, me thinks, my substitute for a sprts car, though running through the gear box almost feels like one.

I got the manual tranny after trying the cvt, my first stick in years and its a blast - seems like lots more poop than the CVT.

BTW - my dealer sold the one I drove the other day but is bringing me in one from a couple of states away - Pats last about a day on the lots here.

Nice clutch isn't it! I think they sold the other Pat at the dealership yesterday. It was a black Limited 4x2 CVT, fully loaded. They were intending to put it in the showroom but it never made it there. That means 3 days / 2 Pats. They had to trade the one I test drove to get the one I bought.
