Any reason to whore out some pictures of my Patriot is cool with me!

The wheels are Mod Tech 229 16x6.5. I forget the ofset but I think it's the same as factory. In order for the center caps to clear I had to run 5/16" spacers in the front. I put the same spacers in the back just for conguency.

The tires are 225/75/16 Falken High County A/T. my Patriot has a RRO lift now but the tires didn't rub pre-lift.

This tire and wheel combo is only slightly heavier than stock but provided >1" of additional ground clearnance.

Let's keep the wheel pics coming!

For a year I had 16'' OE steel rims from '06 Liberty with stock GY LS2.

Now I have Unique 297 (part# 297--7712) 16x7, 5x4.5, 0 offset, 4'' backspacing, 3.3 center bore, approx 35lbs wrapped in 225/70/16 Yokohama Geolandar A/T-S which is 28.3".

Wow, Alainsrt4, that is about the nicest Compass I have seen!! Your Compass came together nicely, from the lowered look to the rims. The gun metal color for the rims was an excellent choice vs black that everyone else does. I would probably paint the calipers as a finishing touch. Nicely done.

Cooper Discoverer AT3 235/65/R17 on stock 17" rims, non-lifted FD1 4x4. Originally rubbed at full lock but fixed by pounding inner wheel well back.

I went 225/70 Cooper Discoverer LSX's with 16x8 Unique 297'd with Black Cragar caps. It gives the pat a little bit wider of a stance with the 16x8 rims.

16" American Racing AR890 wearing General Grabber HTS 225/70s

I was slightly disappointed by the offset of the wheels until I put them on...Looks mean now:D

The new tires are definitely quieter, wayyyyy smoother being LRR tires, and much softer due to the larger sidewall.

Hi JamesNewJeep,

Really love your combo (wheels and tires). You think it is possible to place a picture of the whole car in sunlight? Now your wheels are almost invisible due to the shade.
