Jerking whenhifting from 2nd to 3rd

Auto 2010 Jeep Liberty with 110,000 miles never had problems till couple weeks ago. Shifts funny when going from 2nd gear to 3rd. RPM's seem to be normal. Changed coil pack on cylinder 1 and changed spark plugs. With changing the spark plugs the problem went away. so we changed spark plug wires and the problem is back. Put old wires back on and still have the problem. Bought completely new wires again and put on problem is still there.
Anyone have any ideas?

Not very many people here have experience with a liberty. You're probably better off over at where there is a dedicated section to jeep liberties. I personally would point my finger at the fluid. They could have damaged something or could have removed the friction matrial that was worn out and floating in the fluid. Or it could be a bad sensor or something else out of adjustment. But I don't have any personal experience with it, so cannot say for sure.
